About Bill McGrath

I grew up in the small picturesque town of Farmingdale Long Island. I have two sisters and a brother and I stay in touch with them often. After getting married in 1979, my wife Laura and I moved to Houston and never looked back. I started my family and spent 20 years in the graphic arts field, before starting and my real estate career. When not working, I enjoy traveling, playing golf, working in the yard and spending time with family and friends.

I began my career in residential real estate in 1999 at Prudential Gary Greene and in just a short time became top producer. My portfolio of sold properties stretches throughout the Houston area and beyond. I joined the Frontier team in 2005. I have also achieved the designation of Accredited Luxury Home Specialist. I feel that no two clients or transactions are the same in building custom homes, so there is always a new challenge. Helping a client find the “perfect fit” and helping with important decisions is an honor for me. I know that attention to detail, anticipating challenges and finding ways around road-blocks to ensure a smooth transaction, is imperative in helping make my clients purchase as stress-free as possible.
